We are Fantasea Hospitality LLC, the team behind Cheese Maker Alley. We are a family run company based in Tillamook, and our passion is bringing old coastal buildings back to life. Our goal is to build beautiful and uplifting places and spaces for people and businesses to thrive.
Cheese Maker Alley is one of our projects, alongside the Dairy Building at 110 Stillwell Ave and the Morningstar Building at 104–108 Stillwell Ave. Our hope for each is the same as for every building we take on — that it will go on serving the community for another hundred years.
